I am so glad to be writing to you, (insert child’s name), this wonderful Christmas Season. I have been talking with your family and friends, and I have been told what a wonderful (insert child’s gender) you have been. I wanted to write a quick note letting you know that you are most definitely on the Nice List. I am also pleased to tell you that your (insert acquaintance), (insert acquaintance name) is also on the Nice List. You may want to let (acquaintance gender) know. I saw how good you have been doing at (insert accomplishments).
I wanted to remind you, (insert child’s name), of something very important to remember this Christmas Season. Even though we love getting and giving gifts, we always need to remember that this time of year is so special, because it reminds us that we are celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We have so much to be thankful for, but there is nothing more important than the gift that God gave to each and every one of us through the birth of His Son, Jesus. It is always a joy for me to share my testimony about how God has always been the most important part of my life. It is the love that I have from Him that leads me to do what I do. I hope in my life that all I say and do always reflects that of our wonderful Lord and Savior.
We give gifts in remembrance of the gifts given by the wise men to Jesus, and that God, Himself, gave His Son to us, so long ago. Now I know you aren’t wanting frankincense and myrrh, because I already got your list asking for (insert gifts). I have already instructed the elves to begin getting this stuff together and have it ready for me to bring to you in (insert city and state) on Christmas Eve.
I have enjoyed getting to write to you. I will be praying that the Lord continues to bless you in all that you do. Continue serving Him throughout your life. I look forward to visiting you on Christmas Eve. God Bless you, (insert name)!
Your friend forever,
