I am so amazed that it’s Christmas time already. This year has gone by so, so fast. I have been working extra hard this year getting ready for Christmas. There is still so much that needs to be done. Mrs. Claus and the elves are
busy getting all of their stuff done in time for Christmas Eve. I was in the barn working with the reindeer when my head elf, Bartholomew, reminded me that I needed to do a quick check on the Naughty & Nice List. I am very pleased to tell you that your name was on the Nice List, (insert name). I am so very proud of how well you have been doing this year (insert accomplishment).
I was looking and saw that your (insert acquaintance), (insert acquaintance name) was also on the Nice List this year. I am so glad to see what a good (insert acquaintance gender) you have been this year.
I know that this makes both your parents so proud of you. I have been told by a little birdie what a good (insert child’s gender) you have been. Moms and dads love it when their children are good, and so do I. It makes my job so much easier. I do not like giving coal to the boys and girls on the Naughty List because it really gets my white gloves very dirty and it makes more work for Mrs. Claus. She has enough to do with all the baking she does this time of year.
I was told that this year for Christmas you would like (insert gifts). The elves are doing their very best to get it all done in time for Christmas eve. I am pretty sure that they are also packing some extra surprises in my bag for you on Christmas. I know that you have always been extra good and bringing you special gifts to (insert city and state) at Christmas brings me so much joy.
Tell your mom and dad that I have everything under control and that I will be there right on time after you fall asleep with the things you have asked for . (Insert name), I want you to be nice to your family and friends and keep up the good work. I have to get back into the barn and help with Rudolph. He was out playing and got a splinter in his left front hoof and we have to get it taken care of and healed before Christmas Eve. I can’t be without my number one lead deer this Christmas, especially if it snows.
I am so glad that I got a chance to write to you, (insert name). You and your family have yourselves a very Merry Christmas time this year. Can’t wait to see you.
