Merry Christmas! I can’t tell you how excited I am that Christmas time has come around again. It is truly my most favorite time of the year. There are so many things that I enjoy about the Christmas Season. Things like milk & cookies, hot chocolate, playing with the reindeer in the snow, and probably the most favorite thing of all, Christmas songs! I can sing those all year round and never get tired of them. My favorite is, of course, “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”. The elves like “Jingle Bells”. (Insert name), you should let me know, the next time you write, what your favorite Christmas song is. I would love to sing it with the elf choir.
I have been informed by my head elf, Bartholomew, that you have been a very good (insert gender) this year! I am so happy to hear that. It brings joy to my heart when I
hear you are doing well, (insert name). I am thrilled to tell you that because of the great reports that I have been getting from Bartholomew, that you are most definitely on the Nice List! I have seen that you have been (insert accomplishments).
I saw that this year you really want (insert items) for Christmas. The elves have already been
instructed on what they need to do to get your Christmas list ready. I have also told them to pack
my gift bag with a few other surprises for you this Christmas. I have my top elves on the job and I know they will have everything ready to go on Christmas Eve for me to come see you in (name of city and state). Make sure and let your (type of acquaintance), (name of acquaintance), know that I am getting prepared to see (gender), too.
Along with this letter, I have sent you a “Believe” bell. It is my hope and desire that each year when you see this on your tree, that your heart is full of joy in the belief that Santa is always thinking of you. It is such a joy to get to write to you this Christmas Season.
If it’s not too much trouble, maybe you could leave a small snack for my reindeer. It is such a treat for them and it really helps them keep their strength up while out delivering gifts. Oh, so I don’t forget, I wanted to ask if you would set me out some milk and cookies, too. The reindeer aren’t the only ones who work up a hearty appetite while out traveling the world delivering presents.
Well, (insert name), I have to get back into the workshop so that I can get everything ready for Christmas Eve. I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas, and I look forward to seeing you really soon. I know that Christmas will be here before you even know it.
Forever your friend,
