I am so happy to be sending you Christmas greetings! (Insert Child’s name), I saw that your list is complete and you’re ready for me to bring you the gifts that you have asked for. The elves and I are very busy getting toys ready to give out to the good boys and girls. As I walk through my workshop, I get all warm and fuzzy thinking about the joy it brings me to be able to make boys and girls all over the world happy by bringing gifts each year. I was sitting at my desk checking the Naughty and Nice List, twice, of course, and to my great delight, (insert Child’s name), I saw your name again this year. This pleases me greatly! I was also thankful that your (acquaintance type), (acquaintance name) was there, too! I know many of your friends look up to you as you set a good example. I have heard how hard you have (insert achievements). Keep up the great work.
Some letters have come to me, (insert child’s name), and asked me if I ever get tired of doing what I do, year after year. My response is, “No!” Each person has a gift to share with the world and I’m so thankful that I get to use my gift of giving every day of every year! After I get back from my long trip Christmas Eve, I do take a little break. Mrs. Claus likes to spend some time with me as I relax. She’s quick to bring me a hot cup of cocoa and some yummy treats that she made while I was away. She sits and works on Christmas stockings for children as I rest in my big easy chair and begin dreaming up new and wonderful ideas of toys for the next year. I appreciate her support of what I do and how she also shares the same vision in reaching the world’s children with the love of giving to them all year long.
Well, (insert Child’s name), as you can tell, I keep mighty busy here at the North Pole. I am anxiously awaiting, yet busily working, for the time I get to come fulfill the wishes of children all over here really soon. Thanks again for your Christmas list.
I already have my elves working on your (insert gifts), that you
are wanting. My head elf, Bartholomew, just stopped into my office with exciting news that some new supplies are being delivered this very moment. I need to sign for them and get them into the workshop so we can continue making the toys.
You take care, (Inset Child’s Name). I am looking forward to coming to (insert city and state) to drop off your gifts. I hope that this letter excites you for things to come.
Your friend always,
